What began as an old vape shop at 5167 Poplar Ave is now a fully functioning Chinese takeout restaurant complete with a convenient drive-thru. Our team delivered a full interior and systems overhaul to bring this concept to life. The project included installing an entirely new plumbing and drain system, adding new flooring throughout, constructing a custom knee wall for the service counter, and building new interior walls to support the restaurant’s layout. We also ran new gas lines for all kitchen equipment, installed a vent-a-hood with a complete exhaust system, and added a commercial walk-in cooler to meet the client’s operational needs. From initial planning to final walkthrough, it was a pleasure working with the Petals of a Peony team as they continue expanding their footprint in the Memphis—and national—food scene!
